In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context otherwise requires:

• "luky33", "we", "us", or "our" refers to luky33, the operator of the platform accessible at luky33.asia and all associated subdomains and services.
• "Platform" means the luky33 website, mobile-optimised browser interface, and all gaming, betting, and account management services available thereon.
• "Player", "you", or "your" means any natural person who has registered an account on the luky33 Platform.

Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, mobile numbers, email addresses, or other identifying information — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension and forfeiture of all balances across all associated accounts.

During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your legal name as it appears on your CNIC, your valid Pakistani mobile number, your date of birth, and a valid email address where applicable. You accept sole responsibility for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must notify luky33 promptly of any changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account password and for all activity conducted through your Account. luky33 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain adequate password security.

luky33 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following approved payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and approved cryptocurrency channels. Additional payment methods may be made available at luky33's discretion from time to time.

All deposits are subject to minimum and maximum transaction limits that may vary by payment method and player tier. Current limits are displayed at the time of transaction in the Deposit section of your Account dashboard and are subject to change without prior notice.

• You warrant that all funds deposited to your luky33 Account are from legitimate sources and are not proceeds of any criminal activity.
• Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• luky33 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Deposit amounts are credited to your PKR wallet upon confirmation of payment receipt. JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are credited instantly in standard operating conditions.
• luky33 reserves the right to refuse, reverse, or hold any deposit that triggers anti-money laundering checks or fails compliance verification.

Withdrawals of Real Funds from your luky33 Account are subject to the following conditions:

• KYC Verification: All Players must complete identity verification (KYC) before their first withdrawal is processed. This requires submission of a valid CNIC photograph and may include proof of payment method ownership.
• Withdrawal Method: Funds may only be withdrawn to the same payment method used for the Player's initial deposit, unless luky33 approves an alternative method in writing following a verified request.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal and non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. No Player is permitted to reproduce, distribute, modify, transmit, republish, display, or create derivative works from any luky33 content without prior written authorisation from luky33.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, luky33 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with:

luky33's total aggregate liability to any individual Player in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of Real Funds deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

luky33 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe following a withdrawal request.
• Suspicion of fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or collusion.
• Discovery that the Player is below the minimum age of 21 years.

The version of these Terms applicable to any dispute shall be the version in force at the time the relevant events occurred.
